Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was very clean.

The hotel room we stayed in had a wet dog smell. It wasn’t as clean as I would have like. I saw not bugs which is a positive. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was the usual.

Walked into our room and it smelled terrible. The front desk got us a new room but said it would take 30-60 min to get one ready. This was at z6 pm and the hotel did not seem busy so not sure what’s the wait. They did get us a new room but it smelled like they sprayed it with febreeze. The ac unit/ fan was annoyingly noisy. Would not stay again.

We have stayed here numerous times while visiting our grandchildren. We HIGHLY recommend this establishment. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and go out of their way to accommodate your every request ! Do not hesitate to book!!

Needed the room after car trouble. Checked in close to midnight. But the room and property were clean and comfortable.

Had a good stay. Staff was friendly and property was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable!

Good location, easy to find, not far restaurants and shopping centers. Hotel was very clean, room just the right size, had all the modern conveniences, beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. The only complain is the camode did not flush well.

It was a nice, clean, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant to interact with and reached out to us as soon as they saw us! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is very clean! This is our second stay here. This is now our go to Hotel when we’re visiting Jonesboro. They’re pet friendly so I was able to bring my puppy and I’m so happy about that. I liked EVERYTHING
