Clean and quiet. It was perfect for what we needed. A one night stay. My only issue was the darkness of the room. Even with all the lights on, we felt it was too dark.

I got a decent deal using rewards and was impressed with how nice the room was. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check in was a hassle because of using third party and prepaid in full so it wasn’t as easy but the staff was very apologetic and friendly and check out was a breeze with an email and no other issues at all. Would stay again!

Everything was nice and clean.

1) The shower wasn’t clean. I didn’t check the shower whenever I checked in, but whenever I went to use it later in the night, it was visibly dirty. Considering it was after 11 pm, I didn’t notify the front desk. This is why I always bring lysol and wipes with me, but it was disappointing. I did take pictures to document the situation. 2) Check out is 12 pm but beware they will be vacuuming the floor above you at 8/9 am. I understand the hotel needs to be cleaned and ready for check in but it was annoying. Other than that the stay was great! Great location and quiet area. Hotel was up to date and clean except the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to get their breakfast, but the coffee was great with lots of options. Not a bad stay for a concert in the city.

Wonderful breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. Free parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Rooms looked modern and clean. Tub had non skid on bottom. Comfy beds and temperature well controlled. Need bigger trash can though. Staff was great, even though dealing with computer issues.

The only thing that was bothersome was the highway noise.

Hotel stay was good, only complaint I had was the person on the second floor I could hear them walking around but not anything super annoying, overall shopping and dining were within walking distance which I think is great!

My room was semi cleaned. The desk wasn’t wiped and the vents were dirty. Breakfast was ok, not the best and not the worst!

The room was clean, the 1 king size bed sleeps good. The staff were pleasant. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The breakfast selection was ok. It would be nice to have bacon in addition to sausage. There is sufficient parking. We will stay there again.

Clean rooms, updated bathroom, comfy beds! Location was a little out of the way from Joliet and the exterior needs some curb appeal!

The staff was helpful & friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast & coffee were yummy - nice selection to choose from. What more can you ask for? Would definitely stay again!
