Waiting on refund as we did not stay there due to bug issues

They could have an oven in the room.

Nothing No breakfast, no coffee pot, no ice , hard to get a wheelchair in the building, bed very uncomfortable, damaged furniture, mold and mildew, was not able to stay my full reservation because of the bed so I missed the rest of my 3 day meeting I was very excited for, what a very disappointing experience. Missing cabinet doors.

To make matters worse, I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved, even though I could not stay due to the condition of the rooms. I also spoke with the supervisor, who was rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority, and sadly, this hotel failed in both areas. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

Nothing Everything

The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. We actually didn't stay for the night. It was too uncomfortable to sleep. The cabinets in the room had no doors and the half the lights didn't work. Plus, the receptionist did not stand when checking us in. It's polite and good customer service to stand when greeting patrons.

It was extremely clean, smelling of bleach in the room which I love! It was well lit and decorated, and the location is close to everything. Oh and the fire alarm is definitely state of the art lol The staff was extremely rude and condescending (only Saturday evening and night, not when we left tho) wouldn't give even one extra pillow we only had 2 that were completely flat. Before that the woman wouldnt let my man back in the door literally 2mins after we checked in because I had the key and he didnt, even when someone else was holding the door for him. Our rooms cabinets had no doors

Location only This place was sickening filthy. My dog kennel is cleaner than that place. I did not stay and lost all my money. Bed was filthy. Thick Soap scum on bathtub. Thick filth on refrigerator door handles. Food all over cabinets doors.floors have not been cleaned. Bed was disgusting, human hair and the mattress was nasty. We left and got another place to stay.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room was out of date.

Stay far away from this dump. Staff sucks, property sucks. Can't say enough bad things about this place.

The hall and elevator smells strong of cigarettes which im allergic too

Loved the location, the pillows were very thin and only two could have used 2 for each person. Coffee pot and ice.

No 24 hour staff

There was a kitchen in the room. Reminded us of a low grade retirement home.

No hair dryer, no iron , no coffee. No one cleaned the room or took out the trash our entire stay that spanned 4 days. We were given 2 washcloths and 2 towels, which you had to take the dirty ones down to the desk to be given more. We had roaches and it smelled bad in the hallways. I won't be going back.
