The smell of the room was awful and terrible, seemed that lot of people were smoking inside for many days and did’nt ventilate. The actitude of the staff wasn’t kind nor helpful. They didn’t ever look our face when talking.

Not bad, everything's ok except for TV channels - no choice, advisable for short stay.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center. But there were many convenient shops around the hotel. Even the rooms without windows were very well ventilated. There was a filtered water fountain on the floor! Very practical. There was a coffee maker to make hot water in the room. If Wi-Fi access is important to you, don't stay at this hotel. The network isn't available on all floors.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Aircon and wifi both worked well. Staff arranged a minibus pickup to Taman Negara for me. It's a long hot sweaty walk from the bus station. It's easy to spot from a distance but the entrance is hard to see from the sidewalk in front. I had to ask for its location after walking past it twice.
