The TV didn't work the beds were 2 different color blankets . Out of 3 lights only 1 bulb worked . The tub looked like it had been there since the late 1800.

Finally being able to rest since homeless began for me. Conditions of the property and attitude of staff

The management was very rude they refused to give additional towels and sheet and there is No laundry facility on site just HOREIBLE

Could have not have been a worse establishment. Terrible hotel. Do not stay!!!

To be clear, this is a motel. You get what you pay for yes; I dont need a nice room w/ amenities HOWEVER, at the very least want somewhere CLEAN. Do not waste your money. It was disgusting. Smelled really bad of smoke, crumbs on the floor, idek what was on the counter & walls (sticky stuff & hair). I litterally had to pay last minute for a different hotel.

Nothing it looked nothing like the pictures it was extra dirty pictures are definitely not the same. Stuff hanging and falling off in the inside. Staff was rude! Rude staff, pictures does not look the same in person, dirty in the inside, tub dirty doors dirty walls were filthy! No microwave in the inside. False advertisement

Absolutely disgusting

Room have a door with full of paint stain even in the bathtub. Shower head doesn’t work well. No microwave in the room. Hot water wasn’t hot enough

Not thing, I saw it and turned around and ran The location, no cars there next to expressway and a vacant lot next door.

Was in a bad area

this hotel was extremely poor. it did not feel safe or comfortable at all, and when we got to the room there was no power in the bedroom. the room had no outlets for charging stations. the TV was not working, it looked like a crack house motel.

Nothing Everything and everyone was unprofessional and dirty I would never stay there again

The room stinks the tub was all dirty I lose my money because I did the check in you see the picture online and when you go in the room is not the same I never recommend this hotel

The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was even nasty, I had to go out to the store to buy an extension cord to plug the TV up for it to even work. There wasn’t a microwave in the room like display and every day I had to go to the Front Desk to get my key reactivated because every time I left the room, the key deactivated .

I never stayed at the place. They lied about the TVs. They said that all the television was working, but then once I got to the property, they told me nothing was working. I still had to pay deposit and I had to pay regular price. That’s false advertising and the customer service representative agreed Told me that they was gonna refund my money told me to go to another hotel but still charge me haven’t got my refund yet.
