Overall, a very nice hotel with kind & helpful staff. My room on the 4th floor overlooked the "quiet" pool (the other pool has music & activities & is always packed). I didn't have all inclusive but had dinner which was good for a buffet. Breakfast was good too. I would stay at the hotel again if I return to Rhodes. The only thing I didn't like & really annoyed me were 2 snotty English brats running up & down the hallway at almost midnight, back & forth for a long time, with the father sitting in front of the elevators when I had to get up early the next day to leave. I was about to call the front desk, but they mysteriously stopped when I opened my door. However, this is not the hotel's fault but a question of uneducated guests.

Breakfast was great and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Everything was made really easy and the reception staff were very helpful and informative. The mattress was a little bit hard.
