Had a place to sleep, very friendly staff Main street. 0 noise canceling feels like sleeping on the street. Very small elevator (fits 1 person). No a/c or thermostat working. Didn’t felt cosy at all.

The location was good Very small lobby, elevator, room, toilet, it is too small I booked a triple room, the bedsheets were not very clean, and the room is not sound proof so we heard the car noise of the road all night my kids couldn’t sleep , the breakfast was very poor with limited buffet and starts at 8 which wasn’t convenient as most of our tours starts at 8, so we spent I night and had to cancel the reservation and search for another stay

It had all the facilities nice big tv with YouTube and Netflix comfortable beds The room needed a bit mopping and cleaning under the beds

Reasonably priced, the room was clean with everything you may need (maybe a bit small), the location is perfect, the staff is friendly. And the breakfast was really good.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to public transportation. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, always there 24/7. The breakfast was good and there was a very nice view, since it’s on the terrace. Cleaning service was good. The towels were clean, but had old stains on them.

I had such a lovely stay at your hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and well taken care of, but what stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. As soon as we entered the Hotel we received a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken to the room and the room was just perfect. The room was cleaned daily. The service provided by brother Ali was exceptional. We felt so comfortable to be at Santra hotel due to all the efforts of staff but brother Ali was always very helpful and always greeted us with his magical smile ? brother John was also so nice and helpful too? Everything was perfect ?
