Breakfast is very bad

There were noisy when construction was working in the street

All was perfect and they were so happy to help us as Saudi people. I appreciate all what they have done for me and my family. Great people. Next time, I’ll be back to the same hotel. Thank you so much for your service and support. Ready nice people. Great

I like the size of the room Is amaaaaazing I like the facilities, iron and table The breakfast view I didn't like the smell of the wooden cladding it looks very old and it make sounds of expansions at night I didn't like the food it was not good smell and taste Teh laundry is extremely expensive

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Point Hotel Taksim. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. A special thank you to Oğuzhan for the warm and professional check-in, Tolga Subaşı, the Front Office Manager, for the amazing complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable, and Ece for her kindness and efficiency during check-out. The suite was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. They truly care about their guests and go the extra mile to create a memorable experience. We will definitely stay at Point Hotel Taksim again on our next visit to Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. Thank you once again to the entire Point Hotel Taksim team for making our trip so special!

The room

The restaurant is outdated , noisy and the options during the breakfast very limited and not very good.

A fantastic location — truly right in front of the Taksim bus stop, the final stop for airport buses from both Istanbul Airport and SAW Airport. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, ATMs and shops nearby, and the main Taksim area is only a five-minute walk away. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options. For anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time, I would highly recommend choosing this accommodation without hesitation.

Everything was delightful, very close to taksim and istiklal street, road not inclined and area is very easily accessible. Lovely staff, Eylul and Botu, so friendly. Hotel reccomended.

Everything. Front office to the check out what they provide. The staff Mr Junaid and their entire teams are pleasant and they know what their job. Credit goes to the manager who trained and guide them. I had been to few other hotels too in taksim buy I would suggest the Point Hotel to anyone who are looking for comfort stay. I couldn't notice anything

One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated close to Taksim Square, public transportation, restaurants, shops, and many of Istanbul's main attractions, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. First, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Toiga Subasi at the reception for his exceptional assistance during check-in. He kindly upgraded my room, and his professionalism, hospitality, and friendly attitude made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to thank Ms. Merve Ogel for her kindness and outstanding customer care. She encouraged me to extend my stay for an additional five nights, and I am very glad I did. The room was spacious, quiet, spotless, and very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were wonderful throughout my stay, always helpful, courteous, and attentive. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team; Ali and Kutay for their excellent service, and especially Tugcy, who made every breakfast a pleasant experience. She treated me with such warmth, care, and respect that I felt like family. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Overall, my experience at Point Hotel Taksim exceeded my expectations. The excellent location, outstanding service, comfortable accommodation, and exceptional staff made my stay truly memorable.
