All the personel were helpful. Mr. Aziz was so kind. Hotel room was okay At the breakfast 1st day was great, the following day we experienced a little bit mould in the white cheese that shaped like noodles.

Ms. Hengame and Ms. Ferede were very nice and helpful. Reception staff were Ok but for a 5 star hotel, they are expected to be more friendly and warmer. One of the rooms didn’t smell good as if someone smoked in it before.

Location was perfect, my daughters and I were walking to Taksim square and the main Isteklal street. The Hotel location made it very easy for us to take all sort of transportation. The street where the Hotel was located was very safe and people were friendly. The loud voice of the room next to us

The location was convenient. Our 13-night stay fell well below our expectations. We were moved to four different rooms because of problems, including an incorrect bed setup, water leaks, and poor room conditions. Housekeeping was inconsistent, breakfast quality did not meet expectations, and a personal item went missing after housekeeping serviced one of our rooms. Although I reported the issue immediately and later requested a partial refund by email, the hotel did not provide a meaningful investigation or respond to my request.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. What made our stay truly special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Feride, who was exceptionally warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would also like to thank Burat, Atahan, and Hengame for their professionalism, friendliness, and support throughout our stay. Their dedication and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The location, the cleanness of the hotel, the staff were all cooperative an nice Even it is close to taqsim , the area is full of agents of tourism who will give you headach when you walk, and the prices in the supermarkets around the hotel are high in non logic way , so be careful
