Excellent room: Great view from our allocated room on 18th floor. Comfortable and clean beds. The room gives a luxury feel. Great for kids with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Located right at Maltepe M4 metro line, SAW airport and city are easily accesible. Hotel needs to take maintenance protocols bit seriously. On first day the power failed for about 15 mins while were were in club area leaving it complete dark. On second day our family was stuck in the elevators on 14th floor. No response for almost 5 minutes after we kept pressing alarm button. Thankfully someone came quickly but please announce on speaker that someone is on the way. Reception wasn't even aware of the situtaion when I left this feedback.

The closeness of the property to the train station was its best feature. The rooms were smaller than featured, not all the lights and light switches work, and the most inconvenient part was that the temperature of the building is centralized so we were melting the entire time we were there.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. I also really appreciated the guest relations team reaching out afterward to personally address the issues I had with my room. The room had a noticeable smell from the carpet and the ventilation wasn't very good. I mentioned this at checkout, and the management has since confirmed they’ve deep-cleaned the room and inspected the air system

I had requested a crib for my infant in advance, but it was not prepared in the room upon arrival and I needed to follow up with reception. I had also booked a sea-view room, though the view was not as expected. The sea was only visible from the sitting area on the side of the building, rather than directly in front as shown online. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in the city.

Breakfast: Whilst Burgu Argaan offered a rich selection the quality of some of the items being served was not consistent i.e bread in the morning not fresh, turkish tea served warm from a thermos, fruits/salad selection not fresh. Unfortunately, there have been quite a few case where the cups and plates were not properly washed (still dirty). Room: In the room where my sons were staying, constant smell from the sewage coming out from the bathroom shower grill. The stay was unbearable (uncomfortable for them).

Our stay was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Attila provided excellent service and provided great support every day . The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city. The Metro station is right next to the hotel. . The pool was amazing. From the our late check in with Okan who also check us out to the greatest service from Attila at the restaurant every hotel team member was great. Special Thank you to the Cuneyt who allow us to check out very late without additional charge. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We definitely will be using same hotel when we come back to Istanbul. N/A

Large rooms and very nice,helpful staff. Metro was just 1 minute away! Not 5 stars - poor quality of amenities and room cleanliness did not reflect 5 stars. Construction noise woke me up every morning. No hot water in my shower for 3 days.

Great facilities good staff Constant construction. You will not get any sleep sleeping here. A/c also doesn’t work in room. Will go on “cool” then switch to heat automatically
