Location was decent Spa was leaking. Reported to the hotel multiple times, and no action was taken. Exceptionally poor service. Additionally, the room was a lot more run down than the pictures. It was to the point that the balcony was also unusable.

The property is located in middle of everything. So easy to walk to all of Istanbul's historic landmarks. The hotel is clean and there is a convenient store right outside for everything you need. Room service is awesome and very affordable. The food is amazing! The is only one elevator, so sometime the wait times are long. We ended using the stairs a lot, but we got in our exercise.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. The room was comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff were professional and extremely helpful — a special thanks to Mr. Önder for his outstanding service. The breakfast was plentiful and more than enough to start the day right. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Quite honestly, I liked everything! The location you can't beat. It's conveniently located around shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I can't remember his name but their was a very friendly young man that checked me in and recommended the dinner cruise that was great! And, there was a very young man who worked during the night shift who was equally amazing! I told them that going forward this is where I will reside whenever I am in Istanbul because I am there quite regularly. And, about the room they're a bit small well maintained modern clean rooms. The hotel is very good, the staff is very good, the location is very good! Everything in this hotel is well arranged and well organized!We had asked them to reserve a space in front of the hotel for our car and they reserved it for us! Perfect, they were expecting us at all. Everything was very good!

Our first job was to flush a cockroach down the toilet. After no room cleaning after the first day we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No fresh towels over our 4 night stay. Guy at desk some little English so hard to communicate. So when I told him the tape round the air conditioning unit had given way and had to be pushed back , nothing happened to sort it! Asked for room with a bath on booking and told it would be accommodated.. it wasn’t. See above. Plus.. the location and great view from window.
