Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul

The location is very good, the view I paid for a bosphorus view, the hotel gave a room that i can sea the sea but not the bridge of bosphorus, they have charged me for the parking! The hotel takes a 100 euro per night deposit in cash! When i asked the reception for this charges I didn’t get a satisfying answers.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast experience; the restaurant staff were exceptional, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.

Good Location. Excellent Hotel. In the residence apartment where we stayed, the bedroom didn’t have shutters or blackouts to prevent the sun in the early morning hours.

Everything! Exceptional room, location, view, staff - amazing! Highly recommend!! The breakfast in the Residence was very ordinary - plenty of staff but had no direction. Suggest you review and offer training to your staff to ensure a better customer experience.

My recent stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus was nothing short of spectacular, and the entire hotel exceeded all my expectations! Booking a room with Executive Lounge access was absolutely the right choice. The lounge itself is fantastic, offering a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and an absolutely breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. It truly elevated my whole experience. The level of service across the entire hotel is outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to the wonderful girl at the concierge desk who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me. The whole front desk team is highly professional, welcoming, and efficient, making you feel valued from the moment you step in. Housekeeping also did a phenomenal job. The cleaning lady was extremely sweet and polite, and my room was kept impeccably clean and spotless throughout my entire stay. From the stunning views and luxurious amenities to the top-tier hospitality of the staff, this hotel is a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

This was my second stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and once again it reminded me why I chose to return. As someone who truly appreciates quality hospitality, I notice and value the small details—and they certainly did not go unnoticed during this stay. I was travelling with my mother, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. A special thank you to Orgun at the Front Office for his professionalism and kindness, especially for arranging a thoughtful upgrade to a beautiful Bosphorus View room. It made our stay even more memorable. Our mornings at Sabrosa Restaurant were a highlight of each day. Thank you to Nuray, Berfin, and the entire breakfast team for their genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. We also truly appreciated Samet and his team at Oasis Bar & Restaurant by the pool, as well as Doruk at the lobby coffee shop, who consistently made us feel welcome. The only area where I believe there is room for improvement was our dinner experience at the Rooftop Restaurant. While the food was enjoyable, the service did not reflect the otherwise outstanding standards of the hotel. However, I sincerely appreciated how professionally my feedback was handled by Zeynep at check-out. She listened carefully, took my comments seriously, and her thoughtful approach left us with a very positive final impression. Beautiful hotels can be found almost anywhere, but what truly makes a hotel memorable is its people. Thank you to the entire team at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul for making our stay so special. My mother and I returned home with wonderful memories, and we look forward to staying with you again.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and luxurious. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options to suit every taste. The hotel’s facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest. Honestly, there was nothing significant that I didn’t like. Everything was well organized, the service was consistently professional, and the overall experience was excellent. I have no complaints and would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Breakfast should be included in the room price or at least cheaper option. Our room was non-smoking, yet we can smell cigarettes sometimes in our room

the room was great, plus room service we delicious. we requested the beding for the sofa bed, and it took an hour to get it we requested a late checkout at 1 and it was granted by the reception staff. however at 12:15 we got a call that we had to leave now as they have guests coming at 1

The location and view is incredible, but the food in restaurants wasn’t that good especially for the prices. However breakfast buffet was pretty great.

Salina Han dealt with us at reception and she was excellent in her service. Suite was very spacious and clean, View was good, location of the hotel is excellent Non availability of Muslim shower in washroom
