Location, friendly helpful staff much better than some hiltons. Marvelous and we will return when we come to Istanbul next time. Snacks and drinks twice a day. I heard of st other hotels Absolutely nothing.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the facilities are outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you goes to Umaima, whose warm smile and exceptional kindness made our stay truly unforgettable. She has a wonderful way of making every guest feel valued and at home. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality can brighten anyone’s day. If I ever return to Turkey, I will happily choose this hotel again for my family and me—largely because of the outstanding service and heartfelt welcome we received from Umaima. She is a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel close to the historic centre but in a quiet location. Wonderful breakfast - a feast and the most helpful and sweet reception staff :) We got around by public transport and foot and it was perfect with a metro tucked away 5 minutes away. Nothing!

The location is really pretty central and it was quite easy to get around and to walk to downtown area from the hotel. The rooms were albeit small (which I hear is absolutely normal for Istanbul measures though) but quite cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and so so welcoming! It really felt like they were trying to get out of their way to do anything for you! We felt right at home with them, and we truly grateful for such kindness!

The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They contacted us before arrival to assist with transportation and tours, accommodated an early check-in, and helped us navigate a few personal logistical challenges during our stay. The complimentary snack and tea time was also a lovely touch and very convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Some rooms have sloped ceilings, which can be a little uncomfortable for taller guests as it is easy to bump your head. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location, very good value for money, and overall everything was fine. The room was quiet and dark, so it was easy to sleep well, and the air conditioning worked properly. The economy room is on the basement floor, with only small skylight-style windows high under the ceiling. This was clearly the trade-off for the price, but guests should be aware of it.
