They have not returned the deposit which they must not get. The customer service has no reply. I will not change my feedback unless I get my deposit back!!!

The stay was "ok" overall. The bed was comfy, the internet worked, towels were changed daily, and we were given a small fan. The reception is open 24/7, which was helpful as they accommodated our late check-in. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, and the bathroom was also VERY tiny. There was no air conditioning and very little airflow, even with the large window open, it didn’t make much difference, and the small fan wasn’t really enough during the heatwave. There was also very little to no space to move around. We asked whether we could check out just 30 minutes later because my work meeting was running over, but we were told there would be an additional charge, which felt a bit excessive for such a short extension. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming and made even small requests feel like an inconvenience. The guy covering the weekend shift was the exception and was very friendly.

It was very close to lots of amenities including a metro station which could bring us anywhere in paris. There were also lots of lovely coffee shops and eateries near by There was a lot of construction work going on all around the building

Staff were very accommodating and responsive to emails. The location was perfect because I had to attend an event in Paris Expo Port de Versailles which was only walking distance from there. The room itself is quite clean and amenities are availbe for use. They sent me emails containing links that does not work.Also, I am grateful that they have a fan in the room but it was quite noisy I had to turn it off in the night despite the warm temperature of summer.

Excellent staff, They were so friendly and helpful that it made the trip even better. The room and the service was excellent considering my budget. I wish to come back with my boyfriend next time!!

It was clean and the staff was very nice. The metro station its near, but no really near, you have to walk like 15min o 10min. Its smaller than I thought for 3 people but it was ok, of course these days in Paris was extremely hot and the air conditioner did not work, we have 2 fans but only one worked, even with that, the room was hot. Has a window, but anyways. The whole city was burning. Also they make a pre payment. Its the price of the first night, the charged it to my card.

Staff were very homely and tried to please us in every way. Rooms were comfy but just very hot.
