Too much noise at night time in corridors . Kids were playing around . Need to call reception many times to so the management can talk to the families of children playing in corridors

Location The pictures showed the rooms were big . The rooms were small . The air condition was noisy . The elevators was too small for a five story hotel . The hotel itself was also small and there were service areas in sight

It was really nice & clean. We got a family room and it was good value for money. The staff were really friendly as well. The massage chairs in the restaurant space were a pleasant surprise. Just two things: soft room slippers should be present in the rooms, not the current ones + the pillows need an upgrade because they're all really hard.

Well organised and everything went smoothly. For the first time the extra mattress that I requested was already made and set up in our family room before arrival. Excellent! ??

Very comfortable and facilitating stay at Shelton. What a wonderful experience I have had at the front office with Haris and Taimoor, and then the housekeeping guys Naseem and Abu Huraira who took real good care!

This property offers a reasonable value for money. The room was larger than we thought and the bathroom was clean. The staff was super responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Including juices in the breakfast would be a plus. The futon mattress we requested was a bit hard, but nothing that makes this property less viable.
