Welcome ice candy. Free coffee, Free tea at lobby. Hot spa. Hotel did simple cleaning in every 2 days while we stayed 4 nights. But Hotel didn’t change the tea cups to new cups and didn’t supply tea bags in their simple cleaning. After I asked, they brought new cups and tea bags. East building needs pass the road to go to hot bath and restaurant in main building.

Lovely helpful staff! The hotel was spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Too bad the onsen was under construction when I got there. Comfy beds and great bath/shower with lots of toiletries.

Location was easy to reach the city center. Staff was helpful, breakfast was very good. They won’t clean the rooms or make the bed for a 4 nights stay.

Breakfast is ok. The room for 3 was cleaner than the room for 2 we stayed the other day.

We had trouble checking in. I booked two rooms for 4 adults, but my reservation turned out to be 2 adults for two rooms for no reason. I was sure that the room info said each room could accommodate two. It was sad that the on-site communication was difficult and inconsistent. It took us a very long time to get the rooms we booked by paying an additional fee. We now did not know if we could get a refund because Route Inn Grantia Ishigaki's response was upset and unpleasant. Also, one of the rooms had a moldy curtain. The toilet water kept running throughout the night. We hope the whole situation would have had the courtesy and responsibility to solve.

Very Nice Place to Stay. The Onsen was clean and Not crowded. For Trips alone or with the Family a perfect Choice. Normally mostly Japanese Guests, regarding the Breakfast but still very good? Unfortunately, I was only able to have a little conversation with the hotel team in broken Japanese, as hardly anyone spoke English. But the whole team was very nice.

The main attraction for us is that it has a garden/patio right opposite a convenience store. It also has more than comfortable seating in the lobby of the annex building where you can relax if the weather takes a turn for the worse. There’s also a great park down the road where you can watch the sun setting over the taught harbour. We also had a top floor room which afford a beautiful view of the harbour and surrounding area. Great if you love boats ;-) Not a criticism per se. It is a little out of the way. Only a ten to fifteen minute walk to the main drag. There are very few eateries in the vicinity.

The location was perfect for my needs, being within walking distance of the harbour and an easy drive into/out of the city. There are hotels with better facilities but it would be churlish to complain. The place was perfect for my needs.
