The staff was so friendly. The room could be more clean.

I liked everything

Room was very small.

Got a message in the afternoon saying something along the lines of "checking in after 7pm is subject to availability". It wasn't clear to me what this meant but it worried me that they might give my room to someone else if I didn't check in before 7. Ended up checking in after 7 and still got a room.

Superb location, a couple of minutes from the bus terminal of Ipiales. We arrive very late from Popayan and it was great not too have to walk long or having to ride a cab. Same for when we viisted Las Lajas or wanted to go to the border area, being that close really was helpful The staff was super nice and accomodating. They helped us with all our questions and gave us recommendations on what to eat, etc. The whole place is just extremely cold, from the common areas to (unfortunately) the rooms. Ipiales is generally colder than other area of Colombia, but it is very unpleasant not having a regular room temperature indoors It took an eternity to get warm water, with the water not being at all hot, but rather lukewarm Wifi was good most of the times, but there was situations where it would drop Breakfast is relatively cheap, although the portion are pretty small. It would be appreciated to have breakfast included in the price

Great location by the bus terminal

Staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, steps away from the bus station and a five minute walk from the center. The room was modern and comfortable with a comfortable bed and plenty of blankets. Lots of storage space and a good clean bathroom. Wifi was good when working. Wifi went down a couple of times, but not for long and the gentleman on duty was very attentive to fix it

the staff was super helpful it was quiet at night.... I slept 9 hours it is like 200 meters from the bus station so you can just walk over and not pay for taxi, unless you have suitcases then it is $1.25 for taxi it is about 20 minutes walking from a huge supermarket exito¡ plenty of food options from cheap to expensive ones like literally 3 or 4 minutes walking it is pretty close to Las Lajas if you have time you must visit it no smart tv you do not get netflix nor youtube the shower was so tiny for me they did not provide shampoo.... not even those tiny ones

The amenities, the location and the furniture. A bit small for four people inside.

Only very kind staff I had asked for a quiet room but unfortunately it was noisy, I was given a room on the first floor without a lift, small room with a very small bathroom , big problem with internet and the door of shower. Besides in the whole hotel they didn't have a hair dryer, inconceivable!

There are problems with the water heater, which works intermittently
