Great room and breakfast. Staff are super friendly. Hotel is walking distance to main part of town with many restaurants and the lakefront walkway. No parking, although there is free public parking somewhat nearby.

Really nice renovated room. Owners were very accomodating, nice breakfast. We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful - the breakfast, the room and most of all the staff at this family owned inn. The people were some of the kindest, most generous that we’ve met in our travels. One son speaks fluent English but even with limited English the other family members were helpful and welcoming. We were able to keep our room on checkout day since we had a late flight to Athens. Ask for a quiet room if you want to be away from the busy street between Virsa and the lake. The family has a little bar/cafe in front. Enter there for a welcome coffee and lovely people, then enjoy a bright and spacious room with a nice little balcony. There are stairs but family will help with luggage. Nothing- all was great.

The couple who run the place were very friendly, helpful and are making a genuine effort to make their business a success. The building has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there very much and will stay there again when in Iannina. I totally recommend this place. For the price, nothing. It was great.

The hotel is small but with exceptional hospitality. Check-in was very easy and fast. The room was big enough for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories. WiFi signal was perfect. The breakfast was sufficient and the dining area was very nicely decorated and pleasant for meals. Near to the hotel (5 min walk) is a huge public parking for cars. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. Honest and great recommendation! We will come again if we can! /

Good position near the lake and public parking. Typical Epirus furnishings and architectural taste. The owners are very kind and pleasant. We thank them for the perfect breakfast service! I recommend these rooms as very comfortable! Please Use natural water vs sparkling water. The natural water of Ioannina is special with Zagori and Vikos

The hosts were super nice the location is amazing located right next to the old city center and in front of the lake. Room was super comfortable and beds were nice with a cool balcony. The shower sprays a little outside and the breakfast could have a little more Diversity Other than that the place is perfect

The whole set up !! It used yo be the owners family house. It has kept the traditional elements, like the small yard in the inside of the building.
