Good choice of hot breakfast for £12. Good location. Stayed for 3 nights, no one came in to change mugs, towels or replace toilet rolls. The toilet seat was not clean on arrival.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was run down. The rooms were very basic for the price paid. Also felt they need a new Hoover to clean staircase

Good size room and comfortable with great host Unfortunately no evening meal available but great restaurant in Beauly

A quaint old inn in a quiet, picturesque location a short bus ride from both Inverness and Belladrum. Very clean, breakfast was excellent, and the inn keeper went above and beyond to help us when we found ourselves in a conundrum.

The hotel staff and owner were really friendly and helpful. The bedroom was really clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel was well situated for us and peaceful. Nothing, all good

Room was really nice. Staff were very friendly. Dinner was superb. Disappointingly whoever made the dinners didn't make the breakfasts. The breakfast was disgusting. Horrible looking sausage and cold black pudding. Not nice at all

Great hotel, it's location was ideal for us to break our journey from Orkney. On arrival, we were welcomed with a great explanation of the facilities. Food was great, a nice fish and chips sitting outside in the garden. Nice big room which suited us as we had our dog with us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nothing
