The breakfast was good None working ice machines, carpet old and beds uncomfortable

Our room was terribly humid even with the AC running at 71 the whole time. The carpet in front of the bathroom sink was perpetually soggy feeling, like it never dries out and was disgusting to stand on without footwear. Items in our room had sweat beads from the humidity. The hallway carpet also looks old and dirty. Definitely need to invest in some upgrades here. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Walking up there were ripped screens on the main floor windows. Upon checking in we were told they were still updating the room keys so we were unable to get a key for the first hour. The manager did lead us to our room but asked for our room number while they were across the lobby. It felt unprofessional and unsafe especially since they walked in to the room to turn on the AC which I’m sure was meant to be a kind gesture but it was uncomfortable. If I was traveling alone or had more time before I had to leave for a concert I would have immediately cancelled my booking. I understand it was out of the receptionist hands, they were friendly but also noted our stay was through a third party which was odd to mention as I’ve never had anyone mention it before. Unfortunately the whole building is dated, our non smoking room smelled of old cigarette smoke and was dirty. The surfaces had lotion and a specs of food on the chair. The blue chair had rips and the tub had a burn mark. The fireplace wouldn’t turn on. There was a spider in the bathroom which was dated and hard-water stains. The tub was surprisingly clean and the water was warm but the jets were stuck on one setting. We’ve stayed at Wyndham hotels before but first time at this hotel. For the price it we will not be coming back as our expectations fell significantly short.

Dirty a bunch of vagrant hanging around no parking. Said my room was no longer available. Went out to eat came back and police were there. I just packed my stuff and left 160 dollars to check in and leave

Beds where uncomfortable

The shower of our room was broken and unusable. When we notified the staff, they said maintenance would not be able to come in until the morning when we were getting ready to check out, so we were unable to shower during the main portion of our stay. The breakfast was also majority out of service and unavailable, leaving only bagels and coffee.

Often traveler. One of the WORST hotel experiences I've ever endured in America. And that's saying alot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE.

My daughter and I had stayed at an AmericInn in Tomah WI recently and it had been recently remodeled. It was a very nice place, which made me choose this one in Inver Grove Heights which was near 2 of my brothers homes. I would suggest this get high on the list to e remodeled. I would not recommend this one to anyone and I will not be staying here again.

Window coverings did not block out the sun.

Stayed at this hotel many times and always a great price and good stay when I’m in the twin cities. This last visit was noticeably less clean. Shower felt and linens looked dirty and unsure of the floor was vacuumed. Did not feel comfortable during my stay as we felt grossed out by the uncleanliness

Breakfast was just perfect, great selection and very satisfying! No window coverings that blocked the sunlight.
