Breakfast was excellent (just needed a few more days to try out all that was on offer). Hostess was extremely friendly, informative and willing to help out. It's a bit picky, but due to the warmth, we kept the windows open all night. The handles rattle in the breeze and woke us a few times.

Fabulous location, fantastic welcome with cake in the room. Very comfortable bed and a great room with a view. Best breakfast and GF well thought through. And finally, lovely people.

Everything! Beautiful property with lovely views. The rooms were big and well furnished, the breakfast was amazing, and the owners were so nice, welcoming, and ready to help with anything and everything we might need. Nothing!

A great B and B.. we had a very peaceful and quiet stay. Extremely comfy bed and bedding. Beautiful decor. A nice touch was home baked cake waiting for us in our room when we arrived !! Breakfast was exceptional with homemade granola, muffins, fruit compote along with a delicious cooked breakfast. so tasty.

Caroline and Colin are both wonderful and friendly. Happy to have a chat about the area and make you feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning and the afternoon cake was always a welcome treat when we returned from a hot day out. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and there were spaces beyond the room (guest lounge, dining room and terrace garden area) to spend time admiring the Devon hills and the country air. A short walk down to the quay where there are pubs and other restaurants or simply space to walk along the beach. The B&B itself is away from the main village, near the church, and is in a quiet location. Plenty of spaces to park at the B&B so you don't need to take your car down to the front but can amble down to the shore via foot. Nothing was too small or too big for Caroline and Colin. We loved our stay.

The hosts were warm and generous. The breakfast was the exceptional- everything home made and of very high quality. Overall a huge recommend.

Friendly welcome, lovely room and gorgeous food

Caroline was an incredibly attentive host and had thought about all the little details (e.g. fresh milk for each room each day for teas and coffees). The room itself was spacious and very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were there for a wedding at Tapeley Park which was really easy to get to. We hired a taxi in advance which was about a tenner. Definitely recommended! No problems whatsoever, it's a great place to stay!

Very friendly and nothing too much h trouble from. The time we arrived loved the breakfast and had everything you wanted and more. Loved the cute cake and tea/coffee in your room everyday. With a fresh flask of milk on front reception for us incase we wanted a drink in our room every evening Nothing to dislike could find nothing to fault
