Great place to stay I’ve enjoyed the stay

My room when I check in was definitely still dirty that was my only disappointment but other than than that the stay was nice staff was nice and helpful just recommended better cleaning of the tubs and floors was dirty

Got to the hotel a couple hours early and manager got my room clean before checking in and let me go to the room early. Very nice staff 10/10

I asked for housekeeping to clean my room and especially the bathroom. I got a piss poor job when the housekeeper was cleaning my room. They did NOT clean the bathroom at all! She walked in the bathroom and she stood there and flushed the toilet and walked back out! Not to mention when housekeeping was "cleaning" the room the floor was half swept and not mopped or the furniture wasn't dusted off!

The room had gnats and didn't seem to be a problem when the staff was informed. Fridge in the room was loud and not usable because it was too loud. Staff seemed unphased by complaints. Pool was ok.

Clean room great atmosphere great staff

The overall hotel appearance was dirty in need of an update. Pool was closed with issues. Housekeeping came to clean our room only made one bed and didnt restock the towels. Plus there was a $100 property deposit that was not disclosed.

Everything was pretty terrible here. The ac unit cover was broken the room was out dated our tv didn’t work. There was not one positive thing about my stay tbh

Bathroom in horrible shape with water damage and shower curtain rod falling down. Stains on the sheets and lsmp shades. Shower and floors did not feel safe to have bare feet on.

*The freezer in fridge was encrusted with thick frost *Microwave dirty * Hair dryer was filthy * No hangers, no iron or board *Shelves in the shower were dirty with soap scum *There was a non functional and filthy desk phone.

The only thing we would have liked differently is if there had been different breakfast options offered. Otherwise it was a nice little spot for a quick rest before hitting the road again.

The room itself was good, the issue with this hotel were the amenities. The pool was “closed for maintenance” for two days. Major letdown for my kids. Breakfast was lacking, no protein offering, not even a hard boiled egg. The stinginess of the management showed through at this hotel.

I guess there’s the old saying you get what you pay for. Breakfast was very limited. The pool was closed. The television in our room didn’t work. There was no elevator doing stairs when you’re older sucks.

The price was right for this hotel! It was affordable, clean, and right off the interstate. It was also surrounded by lots of restaurants. There was no elevator available in the hotel so I did have to carry a heavy suitcase up the one flight of stairs in the building. Additionally, while there was breakfast, there were no hot options except waffles. As someone with a food allergy, I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast.

So breakfast allowed for a bite to eat which I understand as prices are high and people are wasteful so all though there was alot of options it was still options. I was unsure about the pool hours thats it.

Nothing to dislike

The pool was down for maintenance I get things break. There were stains on the towels. The showers were not clean. And our window started leaking in our room!
