Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells

As this was our first visit to your resort, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. Our experience began right at the entrance with the valet parking staff, who were incredibly attentive; the registration staff were just as great—I don't recall the name of the young woman who assisted us, but she was very kind and pleasant. We arrived on August 13th around 3:30 PM. The pool attendant was also very helpful and friendly; we have no complaints at all. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with 10-out-of-10 service. The resort is stunning and luxurious throughout—especially the pools. I loved seeing the curved staircases from the fifth floor; with such a luxurious lobby and beautiful stairs, it felt like being on an elegant cruise ship. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. The only downside was that our room faced the resort entrance, but aside from that, I would rate this resort a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

All excellent except when we had a wee hour visitor on our first night. Huge roach crawling in our room floor. My Son was able to catch and kill it with an old box and place it in the trash.

Need music by the poolside to make it more fun.

Beautiful, very family friendly place! Wonderful pools and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. IMPORTANT: very handicap accessible! My 12 yo is in a wheelchair and had bo trouble accessing pools (which have a ramp all the way into one of the actual pools!) and rooms are very easy to access via elevator.

I have stayed in this hotel twice overall the location is really nice and the Mountain View is perfect. The pool was a little too warm for my taste, but overall it is nice resort.

My sisters and I (all seniors) stayed here for a girls weekend. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt special from the moment we stepped out of our car. Valet, front desk and hospitality staff were all amazing! The food and drinks were excellent at the venues we tried: Seven Olive Gastropub, Glo Sushi (yummy!), H20 pool bar. Highly recommended!

I loved that the books are open till 10 pm. The pool chairs are easy to rent and the bar has very good drinks and food

When you ran the water in the bathroom sink it smelled awful and it made the whole room stink. In our bathroom there was obviously ejaculation on the wall next to the toilet pretty gross

Everithing

The amethyst's suit was great, room service does need improvement. The coffee machine in the room was outdated and didn't work often. Room service hours needs to be updated, on pamphlet it says 10pm but when you call they say they're closed because of summers hours. Vallet was exceptional and the workers were very helping and ama zing.

The beds are too soft and uncomfortable. They feel like they cave in where you sleep. Our bathroom had what appears to be ejaculation on the wall next to the toilet and something all over the wall by the sink.
