NO.25 Hotel Dongam

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and always available. The location was very convenient and close to the station. The room was convenient, although there was no outside view. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

It was close to the metro station It was clean overall but the towels were always stained. Didn’t receive a clean one

Far from city

The hotel is located within a five minute walk from the train station. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The staff are nice and available to help. The toilet is separated from the shower and sink. There is no door in the shower so the bathroom floor stays wet after use.

I have stayed here before and it was good. This time around the rooms were very cold and every day and at time there was repeated banging and crashing noices above my room. The outside water pipes were frozen and the last two days there was additional excessive noises.

The room is large with bathtub. But even if the room is non smoking, it smells someone smoked previously I stayed here for one night after watching a concert. Then Someone was banging my door in the morning. It was so loud. I was afraid to open it but the man didnt go away so I opened it and it was the staff asking me if the item he is holding is mine. I told him it was not mine.

Really visually appealing place to stay, fair value, met all my basic needs, it was quiet, clean. There is usually someone at reception, it was rare to see reception desk closed, I mean staff have to sleep too right. Coffee maker downstairs, I used that multiple times. Close to a metro station and plenty of food options, I also went to a gym around the corner. Can't really complain about the location since I chose to book it knowing where it was located (to be closer to the airport), but it felt like a long train ride to Seoul. If I remember correctly, there wasn't a straightforward, direct public transportation option to and from the airport, it involved at least one transfer. I booked here because it was also more affordable than places in Seoul, so if you can spend more, just stay in Seoul.

The location is convenient. The room was clean and good size room and very comfortable.

Very satisfied with the location, I chose this place because it was closer to the airport than staying in Seoul. Really good value, amenities which included a coffee machine, staff were readily available, the room itself was clean, comfy and met my basic needs. I would stay here again. I don't remember if there was AC or not. I honestly forgot.

Location Staff Noise

Sheets were unwashed and covered in another persons hair, the room did not have air conditioning and they left my window with a ripped bug net wide open so mosquitos ended up being in my room.

The location is great.

Okay place to stay for the night. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was decently clean, however the window is open to a small blocked alley way and there was no good ventilation in the room. So after a shower it was really damp in the room and stayed that way until we left. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This place is amazing. The bed is warm. The location is great, you are 2 min walk from the subway station. They have many great places to eat and hang out around. I also felt really safe as a girl walking around even at night.

It was better than I expected for the price and the fact that it's super close to metro station is very convenient. Also, they lent me an umbrella because it was raining during my 2nd day. There was no soap in the bathroom, so I made do with the body wash. Maybe I should've asked, but anyway.

Clean rooms ok price bad service. Before checking in I msg the hotel asked how much taxi from airport. They said $41. I declined and decided to take taxi at airport for $27usd. When I got to hotel taxi driver came inside with me and I asked him to pick me up tommrow for my next flight. Front desk guy didn’t like that and began arguing. Literally nuts. He even fallowed the taxi driver outside to keep arguing. It was SO Unprofessional,uncomfortable and I was exhausted from my 10hkut flight. The front desk guy knew no English so he did not tell me what the problem was. He didn’t explain anything about the hotel. It was just Rude. I’m guessing they wanted me to use hotel taxi to upcharge me and get a commission since it’s twice the price. Also upon check out nobody was at front desk so I left the key there. They send me a message that I have to return it. When I called out and nobody was there to answer. The picture is the front desk guy arguing to the elderly taxi driver who was so nice. It was just bad behavior and I will Never return or recommend.

Greater place

The location is really convenient, 3-5 min walk to Dongam Station, with many eateries and cafes around. Very modern hotel. At the entrance, there is free coffee/tea/bottled water you can help yourself with. Netflix! The wall is not soundproof…plus there is not a real window. There is another wall outside this “window”…
