Location is okay and the facility is clean. Fraudulent behaviour , extortion. Paid for a standard double room, but a single room was offered. The bathroom is offensively too small. The tiles in the bathroom floor are the wrong ones for a bathroom; they are very slippery and could cause a fatal accident.

The kitchen attendants are either unwilling or just sluggish at their job

The air conditioner wasn't good enough, most times leaking directly on the bed.

The toilet cleanliness

I don’t like the way the lady at the front door talk she’s lack of respect the management need to do something about it. It doesn’t clean enough and lack of water the bathroom I use as a baby snake the management need to call the pet control and get rid off it.

Location is central for my preference. When a guest extends their stay, it brings additional revenue to the hotel. Therefore, their requests should be handled with atleast above-average service to enhance their experience. Moreover, professional hotel standards do not rush a guest out, especially when they have already paid for an extra six hours due to a late check-out beyond 12 PM. Instead of pressuring a guest to leave simply because another guest is arriving, the appropriate approach is to charge them for the additional hours spent while ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests. Rushing a guest out in an unprofessional manner can negatively impact the hotel’s reputation and overall guest satisfaction.

The Staff were very friendly. 1. The room did not have a refrigerator. 2. No water for guest at checkin. 3. Water stopped working so I couldn't have my bath and they didn't bother letting Guests know until I called them. 4. No towel on the bathroom floor so after a bath it gets messy.

There were shortages of water early in the morning when we wanted to bath. It was a bad experience. In fact, the person assigned to monitor the water should always check if the water is available or not.

I'm disappointed for what i saw when I visited the place... I booked a room and I was told is not more available when I came back from London... I'm very sad ? Poor management and disappointment
