The helpdesk and the team at reception were very helpful and knowledgeable. Of them, Ms. Ayesha was splendid in her professional approach, timely support and providing necessary details and clarifications. The room service was excellent and always on time as promised. The room was very comfortable, with all amenities as indicated. Food was great and ambience very simple but excellent. Support from kitchen team was also excellent. The location could have been better but I guess location per se is insufficient if the hotel/ property did not meet the rest of my expectations.

Rooms were convenient & comfortable. Absolutely loved the colors, for some reason they were quite calming. Staff were most helpful. Located in a corner but at the same time close to mindspace & other key offices. Good value.

Location. Cleanliness. Wifi was great! Windowless 200sq ft room for 8000 a night is just too much. The breakfast choices were very meh. Definitely not worth a 8000 per night stay. Windowless was the most annoying part.

The location is good The beds are so small that you cannot sleep in them. No hot water

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it added a great deal of comfort to my stay. The serene atmosphere also contributed to a peaceful and relaxing environment. I appreciate the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, and it truly made my stay enjoyable. The size of the room felt a bit restrictive given the price, and I believe there could be better value for the cost. Additionally, expanding the breakfast options would enhance the overall guest experience.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while I was relocating to India from abroad with family. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is tasty and location is near to Raheja mindspace. Overall a very good experience.
