This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and the place is immaculate, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was GREAT! We will stay here again!!!

Great staff, nice rooms. New property.

Property and staff were great! The back rooms view of the lake/pond out back and the trail along the lake/pond was great as well. Room was kind of small but super clean, updated and it did have a fridge but no microwave. Ice machine was on the 1st floor but it was right by the elevator so it wasn’t time consuming to get ice, just thought it should have been one on each floor. Other than that my stay was great, the breakfast and the server was on point.

The amenities in the room, up-to-date, new and fast the room is clean very very and comfortable. The person that checked me in I didn’t get her name but she was very nice, professional and knowledgeable

Hotel was easy to navigate to and from. It was centrally located to great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and the interstate. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and organized. I will definitely stay here again!

Newer property, very clean. Convenient to many places with some food choices in walking distance. Only downside is their breakfast; needs a bit more selection such as pastries.

Great location, beautiful hotel very welcoming lobby. I loved that they offered different seating arrangements in the lobby so you could enjoy the hotel and not have to just sit in your room. They also had a fun game area with board games, a pool table, and a kid’s connect four board. Everything was super clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. I will be booking here in the future when visiting Huntsville!

I loved this hotel. The room and shared facilities were spotless and felt safe. It’s in an ideal location. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful which we appreciated but the manager on duty last night was awful. Rude attitude and would seemingly go out of her way to smirk and give dirty looks to us and other guests in the lobby. It was shocking as we were nothing but kind to her and I sincerely mean that. I’ve worked in customer service and know how difficult it is so I don’t say this lightly. She shamed us for politely asking for water and we later discovered that there is a complimentary water station provided by the hotel. Other than her subpar customer service everything else was 10/10.

Layout of the room and roominess This was not a pleasant stay. The walls are paper thin and I heard all the noises of an amorous couple next to me as well as every door and conversation in the hall. The room itself had a lot of noises in the night and it was the worst night sleep I've had in a hotel.
