Residence Inn by Marriott Huntsville

The staff was super nice, but my room was a mess when I checked in (sticky floor and pee on the toilet)

The showers were absolutely perfect. Great water pressure, perfect temps. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, stocked, comfy cozy. The breakfast was ok. Nothing wrong just was expecting different. The tv in our room (2 bedroom room) didn't work or have a remote in one bedroom. The tv in living area space did not to connect to cable either had to use our kids switch hooked up.

The mini suite was perfect for a longer stay. Spacious, comfortable. Like a studio apartment. Great choice.

No pool

The breakfast was good for what was offered but not what was advertised. This was due to the construction in which was not known to us until we arrived. We did not let this ruin our stay but a lack of communication on Marriott's part that needs to be told to customers prior to their arrival for their stay.

The room had an odd smell to it but we were only there for one night and out most of the time. Otherwise for the price, it’s a great stop.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. N/A we have no complaints.

The elevator had a little hiccup one of the days that I was there.

Location There was no telephone in room, no ice machine, the bed was not firm too soft, parking was limited, the tub was not that clean, the hotel needs a lot of updating, the breakfast was not that good we ate at a restaurant after first day. Will not stay here again. The toilet also didn’t flush properly we had bile movement in toilet overnight, but it finally flushed and we informed the staff upon checking out. The pillows were terrible and old.

The staff were so accommodating and a JOY to be around. The building common spaces, rooms and Pool were clean. The Grill was made available if we desired. My Family of for including a toddler stayed for 1 week. It was comfortable. Breakfast was prepared daily(Thanks Ms.Sue).

The rooms were clean and spacious. Everything you need is in the room. The free breakfast could be a little better!
