Nothing. Absolutely filthy! The carpet was disgusting! Roaches, smells terrible.

Black mold was under my kitchen sink bed bugs, roach infested, roaches was in my refrigerator as well and when I reported it to the owner he was rude and I had to call the police because the owner allowed the maintenance man to disrespect me and threaten to throw my belongings out all because I asked him what was disinfectant spray going to do for black mold he looked me in my face and asked was I dumb or slow so I told him that was fine but I am calling HPD just for them to side with them after I was only concerned about my health and the hazardous issues in my suite and I even requested a refund due to poor customer service and tragic filth of a stay when I was compromised to an upgraded room to a stench black mold smelling room and I also have documentation

The property was filthy horrible. The worst place I have ever stayed.

Staff was extremely helpful and room was clean with nice amenities.

I have stayed in 5 different economy hotels in the Huntsville area over the last year. This is the best economy hotel for the money when considering location, security, and cleanliness. I want to thank the General Manager specifically for his personal attention and assistance when I extended my stay here for another week. He made sure I got the best price AND that I stayed in my current room.

Pricing for the area Crowds of men/people hanging out by the side entrance/dumpers areas drinking and smoking playing loud music all hours of the night till early morning. Which made my teenage daughter uncomfortable walking in our taking out the trash.
