Too many people for breakfast, made it slow.

Staff were great, got us our pack n playa and some missed items we needed quickly. When we thought the ac wasn't working and a TV too, they came quickly and resolved the issues. Clean place, fancy fresh breakfast, kids loved the pool too

Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. On site restraunt has excellent food. Room was very nice and surrounding area nice for walking.

We have been to many Embassy Suites hotels around the country, this venue ranks second to the one in Phoenix which we visited in 2017...the newer Embassy Suites not the old one which is being put to pasture.

It was very beautiful That the room wasn't inspected properly. I can't share photos because my phone went out and my photos weren't backed up But to sum it up urine on the base of the toilet, hair on the shower wall, mold in the shower. The door didn't open or close properly

Property was close to the concert hall and convenient. Staff was friendly. I reserved and paid for my room a month before arrival. On check-in I was told the king Thera pure room I had reserved was not available. They put us in a smaller, less comfortable room that was in no way equal to what I reserved and paid for. I was not offered a discount on room or credit for next visit. I am a disabled veteran and furnishings were not as expected.

We could walk to the VBC and never leave the inside building. We had a great stay. I cant think of anything that could have been better.

The rooms were fresh and clean. Two televisions in the room. Staff was friendly. Loved the breakfast buffet.
