All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Tasty breakfast in the morning. Katsu chicken burger from room service dinner a bit dry.

Clean, good leisure facilities, good selection of food for breakfast , air con in rooms, Location. Aware before booking on that. So was not a problem, disappointment on arrival. My preference is a hotel within walking distance to a village/ town .

Pool! Staff were fantastic. Recognised a few from previous visit which is always a good sign for retention. Water pressure very low in wetroom but might have been because of the pressure that water companies are enduring due to heatwave 6! No radio available on tv.

Great location for a music festival at Grange farm. 15mins by car. The pool was nice and breakfast good with lots of choice. The maid was a little lax and forgot to refill the tea and coffee every day and usually there was at least 1 towel missing but minor things we had to request and were sorted pretty quickly.
