Great location.

Very nice room hotel staff will visit again
-
The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly, although the breakfast hostess was awful. The hotel is also undergoing maintenance so it's dirty and dusty everywhere. It's going to be nice after the renovation but it's kind of disappointing right now. We also had a three night stay with no housekeeping because they didn't have enough staff to just check the room and get some fresh rowels. Yikes. Check out the duck pond out front- that was a highlight of our trip.

Oh 5 mins drive from Hersey park !

The updates to this property
-
So so nice. Room was immaculate. Some work outside to refresh the property but not an inconvenience at all. Would stay again for sure and will as I travel for work to that area.
-
Terrible room set up, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

The room was nice. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and the shower head was loose but maintenance was there almost immediately after the issue was reported. The breakfast was really good. The pool is not heated but it was nice and clean. There was a lot of remodeling going on but it wasn’t an issue. The rooms were not very sound proof so there was quite a bit of noise but it was convenient to everything we came to the area for and we would stay there again

The hotel was under major construction, our first room had outlets that didn’t work, so we had to move rooms. The second room’s shower was either ice cold or lava hot—there was no in-between. The breakfast attendant gave my daughter attitude after she accidentally spilled waffle syrup and politely asked for paper towels. The ice machine we needed was 5 floors away, and to top it all off, someone hit our car door in the parking lot. Needless to say, this wasn’t the relaxing tournament weekend we had hoped for. 😂

Breakfast staff was incredibly rude but other hotel workers were great

Coffee table 24/7 is so helpful

They are renovating the property and the updated rooms are nice. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location is great and is close to restaurants as well as Hersheypark & the outlets.
-
Very disappointing especially when you Paid $309 for one night and receive a room that has 2 sliding doors to the bathroom and neither lock. The shower ceiling was torn down with water stains and black mold, coffee stains on the bed frame, the main door to our room sounded and acted like it shut but with a little pressure anyone could have pushed it open. The hotel was doing a cheap remodel and everything was everywhere, the hallway had cable/cords hanging from ceiling every few feet, The elevator stopped working because the button had gotten jammed causing it to think someone was there, outside looked a hot mess and junkie, The breakfast was good and staff was friendly . We do NOT recommend staying here. The price and quality did not match.

Great hotel had delicious breakfast and good sleep

It was under construction and I wasn’t made aware when I made the reservation. The common areas/check-in and breakfast spot looked terrible with boxes and boxes of furniture stacked to the ceiling, exposed wires, broken ceiling tiles and paint stains on the floor and the walls. The pool was cloudy/not clean looking. The shower head in the bathroom was obviously not correctly installed and leaked to the point where we feared it would explode on us. There were countless obvious signs of MAJOR construction to the point where it didn’t feel safe to use the elevator (which we noticed stopped working at times with people in it while we were eating breakfast) or be in certain areas (ex: bucket collecting dripping ceiling liquid in the breakfast area). We looked it up after checking in and noticed that according to other reviews this hotel has been under construction for a while… please make sure (Expedia) to alert people of that fact before booking. The only three things that we thought were positive was the front staff, the dozen ducks that greeted us in the parking lot and the strawberry waffle mix for breakfast.

There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Do not stay here.

When trying to check out I was told by 3 staff that they cant help me only the manager could. When I asked where she was they said they would look for her and looked in one spot then come back to their desk. After about 30 min of waiting I just left.

Everything was fantastic. Our room was newly renovated and perfect. I was delighted to find a hotel with a family room option and not have to worry about the availability of adjoining rooms. Every staff encounter was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was pretty standard but good. Yes, it was clear there were renovations taking place but that in no way had any kind of negative factor in our stay. Honestly, if you are going to complain about a hotel making renovations, you should take your business elsewhere!! This hotel was wonderful from start to finish. Super close to everything we were in town for (HersheyPark, chocolate world and the Guns N Roses concert). If looking for a close local place to eat, Arooga's was amazing for a later evening bite and The Soda Jerk for lunch - Cat was amazing!! Do not let the negative reviews sway you because of the renovations, the updated rooms are well worth it, I imagine once finished this hotel will be absolutely beautiful!! Almost forgot, the welcome committee was our favorite thing!

Property was being renovated. I didn't see the notice when booking because it was at the very bottom of the page. Elevators were very dirty from the construction crews. The location of the property was great.
