Comfort Suites

The management was unprofessional, need customer service & hospitality training, expectations are below 1!. Rooms were dirty, furniture torn & not clean. Did not provide hot breakfast as advertised!

Room, carpets, furniture all dirty, stained, paint worn off. Missing light bulbs, no TV controllers. Terrible pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Your choice of white bread or froot loops.

It was much larger than what I was expecting and it had plenty of food options near by

The hallway smelled bad. Motel needs refurbishing.

I used third party booking but still had to provide a card for a $100 hold to my account, no remote in the room and inside could use some paintting and patching up but overall experience was average

I've been waiting on A mini fridge for 3 weeks

The property is old but seened ckean. Room was fine. The phone system did not work so i was not able to recieve a waje up call. Bed was great..

The elevator missing buttons, which is a safety hazard. The pool looked like a swamp. The airport shuttle was out of service, which they advertise free airport shuttle services. The automatic door to enter the hotel does not work. The room was clean and OK overall, but the AC works either very cool or warm. There’s no balance when you select the temperature that you want.

There was black stains on the comforter….and baby roaches behind the entrance light on wall

The pool was green, the main door didnt work. Was suppose to have breakfast, and none was available. The room was clean, nice bed. TV had limited stations. But was a good value for a 2 day stay.

Check in was a breeze! Desk clerk Kiara was wonderful. She was very friendly and just seemed to be happy at work. She let us know all the amenities and where everything was. What a great asset to this company.

Property needs rehab for key entry and elevator buttons to select and new doors on rooms

I didn't like the fact that I never got my deposit back and it's been over a week now

The facility was dated, I took pictures of a very raggedy chair in our room, we made reservations for a king standard room, instead they gave us a handicap room which we didn’t need. The front desk staff had a baby crying in a stroller behind the desk with them. This was the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. We pick this hotel because we are Choice Plus members. I asked the girl at the desk to put my membership number in and she told me we didn’t pay enough for our room to receive any points. So she didn’t do it. That was very unprofessional. She said it in front of other guests.
