Central location, very clean, attentive friendly staff, nicely renovated Kind of noisy, right on Main Street Internet a little spotty and slow
-
Good vibe, best tacos at the red cart nearby. Oh, and the mural outside the lift, first floor, really fun idea. Too short of a stay to get pissy

Sparking Clean and new, great staff, excellent location. Small rooms, two beds but poky,

didn’t like that we had to hand in our key every time we left. there was also no communal kitchen or hangout space. very sterile

Good sleep thanks to confortable mattress,ac/ceiling fan. Staff friendly and helpful. ac a little weak....needs servicing? Fortunately there was an effective ceiling fan.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.cleaning staff were good too. Location to the main plaza was good. Sink in bathroom drained slowly and the shower head did not work well. The room itself was ok but voices could be heard from the entire floor and reception area.
-
Friendly staff and a clean room in a convenient location close to the zocalo.

For the price there were many things most travelers would find pleasing. Internet worked good, heat & air-conditioning, hot water in shower, adequate power outlets to charge phone/computers, modern bathroom, appeared reasonably clean, easily within walking distance of Zocalo downtown Crucecita. At this price point many hotels in Oaxaca lack many of these features. I reserved a "room with patio and city view" I was given an interior room with no view, no style and a musty odor. When I asked the front desk for the correct room they replied that they didn't have it, but in fact they did, I personally witnessed open ones being cleaned at my check in and the same ones being open and cleaned on my check out date. No discount and no apologies were offered. In my 3 day stay my room was never serviced. I asked for clean towels, they saved them for me on the dirty floor at the feet of the receptionist. I tried not to be too frustrated by the shortcomings, as in reality for the price it was better than most hotels in the area.

Nice simple room; only stayed one night; hace A.C; offer soap and shampoo. Location is great, in the middle of the centre! The room door and walls are not well insulated, heard person across the aisle in the other room.

Clean, very basic hotel. Good for a nite or 2. Close to ADO / OCC bus terminal. Young staff , smiley, friendly but did not even get up to open the door for us ( lots of luggage ) . No safe. Toilet paper ran out in the middle of the nite . No tissue box.

Great location and clean hotel, look new Had to park in the street because the parking is far and there was not hot water in one room.
-
Perfect location in the center of town near shops, food and a little park. Friendly staff and the tacos across the street were delicious!!

The young lady at the Reception was very friendly and provided advice on the local area. The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. TV and wifi both worked well. The location is central with lots of food stalls and taquerias within easy walking distance. It's a five minute walk to the long distance bus terminal. The room was more functional than comfortable, but clean and very good for a short stay.

Location and cleanliness. Noise from other guests in the hallway and stairs.

The hotel seems brand new. Location is very central to La Crucecita. Small park with food carts in the evenings is just across the street. Nice shower with excellent water pressure (the best we had in all of Mexico). The hotel seems a bit unfinished. There are no hooks or towel racks in the washroom. A bedside table would be useful next to the beds. The staff seemed indifferent and were not very approachable.
