Great experience

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. My only complaint was breakfast was kind of gross. liquid carton eggs.

Great location, convenience of having more space and our own kitchen. Mattress was a bit firm.

Great location, convenient access to interstate and freeways. Lots of great food options and reasonable distance from Kroger grocery store. Facility also had convenient entry and exit points throughout the building. Beds were very comfortable. Room also included a pullout that sufficiently accommodated two adolescents. Loved having a fridge and freezer as well as a cooktop. Also liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the toilet. Kids loved the pool. The floors/ walls are unfortunately thin. Had a group staying above us that we could hear walking and talking at all hours. The dishes in the room were also pretty dirty upon check-in. Only one dishwasher machine soap tab provided. Would’ve preferred if a mini soap bottle was also included. would’ve also liked if trash bags were left in the room as the cans are very small and fill quickly. Would have also liked more variety with the breakfast options, but that really wasn’t that big of a deal.

The staff was welcoming, and the parking was lit and felt safe. The room was excellent, and the welcome message on the TV screen was extra nice.

Hotel staff was helpfull from the front desk, kitchen, to the housekeeping. Breakfast was hot and different each day. The room was clean and stocked with clean towels, ac worked great. we didn't use the pool, or bbq pit but we used the basketball court and that was good for my kiddo to burn energy. I'm not sure if the front desk has a basketball because we has our own so if thats a selling point I would ask the property. The freezer in the room is like sub zero cause it freezes fast. The only thing that I wasn't a deal breaker and the staff let us know upon check it that the back door entry keypad was out of order but you could go out only. The also block off the back entrance after dark so you have to go through the front parking lot which is great given that its kinda dark back there and tree coverage to keep you safe. The area is nice and didn't seem to have any high criminal activities. I would stay here again.

There was no plastic liner in the shower, just the linen one. This made things a bit messy but it was fine.

My husband and I travel to Houston, TX, often to visit with family. We are very particular about where we stay. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston West - Energy Corridor exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was good and the staff very kind. The parking lot was also good and thrre were akways a soace available.

The water pressure was the worst of any hotel we'd been in. Impossible to shower. Also killed 5 roaches in 6 days. Otherwise, relatively quiet and peaceful.
