Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston Clear Lake NASA

Had a fantastic stay at this property! Right from check-in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. The room itself was spotless ; it's always such a relief to walk into a genuinely clean room after a long day of traveling. We also really loved having the in-suite kitchen. It was super convenient for storing snacks and drinks, making the room feel a lot more like home. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, offering a great start to the day with plenty of food, hot options. Everything throughout the hotel felt very well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Clear Lake or NASA area!

While the breakfast offerings were a definite highlight, our overall experience had a few noticeable drawbacks. The gym, contrary to its depiction, was quite compact and offered a limited selection of equipment. Additionally, we encountered some difficulty with the night staff regarding a key card issue, which was handled with less assistance than we had hoped for. The coffee machine consistently dispensed lukewarm beverages. Given these points, I'd rate our stay a three out of five stars

Great stay and great staff!

Location was great. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Front desk attendants were great and very helpful to us. Parking was easy as well as check in. overall cleaniliness of the hotel and how old and poorly maintained it is was disappointing. Scuff marks ALL over the place from hallways to doors, etc. The couch was torn in multiple places, carpets seem dingy and suspect. Sheets seemed clean. Corners of a room make a big difference in making the place feel clean overall and you can tell these rooms are "cleaned" way too quickly for turnover

Good location. The A/C air filter was full of dust. It looks like it hadn't been replaced in a long time.

This property is in rough shape and could use some renovations for it's condition. The staff were very kind and helpful. The surrounding area seemed to be a bit run down as well.

The room was fine, but the property was not well maintained.

The AC was out in our first room and the maintenance crew did little to fix it as it was the end of their shift. The front staff was very helpful and moved us to a different room and honored our request for a different floor as the floor we were on reeked of marijuana. The new room had working AC, however, the toilet stopped flushing and the shower head did not work properly only showering directly onto the wall unless you took the head off and used it as a handheld. The double beds were barely a full-size and uncomfortable. The front staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious but we will not be rebooking or recommending Homewood Suites.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the pool was fantastic at the end of a hot day sight seeing.

This hotel is awesome. I will stay at these brand hotels from now on. The room is so spacious and it always smelled like peaches in there. The staff was always very friendly and smiling when we were in and out of hotel. The was a great breakfast and when we were there they had an evening time where they had adult beverages and snacks.
