Staff was rude during check in and as well as tried to charge me additional fees

The hotel I stayed in had bedbugs, no working phone no smoke detector no TV that worked or remote to go with it. The door to my room had a huge gaps on all sides. I could literally slide my pinky finger through. The maid staff there had no cleaning products on their cart. Nothing to sanitize the room for $75 a night plus their pet fee. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and the people that stay there are the worst type of people criminals thieves you name it and the hotel knows that they're breaking into rooms on their property stealing peoples belongings. They just to take ownership of it and if you go to the hotel management about it, they respond with we are not extending your stay.

Roach infestation

Ps el hotel se veía recién pintado pero cuando entré a la habitación estaba muy mal estado esta sucia encontré cucarachas la puerta del baño se le salían los pedazos las camas estaban sucias y habían pelos de otras personas, cuando fui al desayuno no había nada solo serie y 3 pedazos de pan de verdad que no fue una buena experiencia mi pareja me dijo que para que elegí ese hotel

I don’t stay again And the bed was comfy Floor was long mopped Used soap in shower A roach came out Woke up to a large roach in its back Some crap behind garbage can Door to next room you can hear conversations All pics are fake The front desk guy shirt stubby hung up on me The pool looked filthy Hair in shower The other front desk tall guy was very nice and took pictures after I complained Sheets seemed cleaned Tv is outdated Door isn’t very secure Breakfast was ok

My television does not work along with the phone. The room was not clean. In fact, I had to mop the floor which turned my mop nearly black. Then I am being charged a daily fee for having a dog despite the FACT the room was dirty when I checked in with orange and brown stuff covering the walls, an a/c unit filters were black with mold. The door to the room does not close properly and the sheets in the room were dirty and no mattress cover on the mattress. Hopefully it does not have bed bugs!!

The looks of this hotel are deceiving . Our first room the air did not work so they moved us to another room the second room smelled musty and it in fact had bed bugs . They moved us to a third room and it was okay . They need to have more breakfast options .

Nothing Everything

The room had a terrible smell, mainly in the bathrooms. The property didn't quite look like it did on booking, in my opinion. And I wasn't aware of deposit until after I booked it!

The blankets were dirty and the room’s alarm was doing noises since we arrived.

Bed bugs shower stop up ?

Front desk is useless. They will tell ppl what room you are in without your permission. The room was filthy. Found a dirty towel hanging in the shower. I had to connect the TV because the front desk did nothing when I complained about TV not working. Homeless ppl on property along with prostitution going on
