Comfort Inn Horn Lake - Southhaven

Close to a variety of restaurants and 20 minutes from airport.

The room was very clean and didn't smell like smoke. Breakfast hit the spot and the coffee was delicious 😋 I'll be back next time I in the area.

The pool was very dirty. It was why I chose this hotel and it was dirty.

It’s in a good location My room had mold in it and the ac made a really loud noise when it shut off every time

The room was very muggy. The carpet was damp from it being so humid. When the air kicked on, it smelled of weed, it smelled that way in the hall as well.

Great staff! A number issues came up due to the weather and the staff took care of each one. An overall upgrade would solve most problems

The room was nice except that the door wouldn't shut. You had to slam it real hard.

It was close to where I needed to go The rooms , the first room was super cold and the air did not work. The second room the lady gave us the television don’t work. The door knob to the bathroom wzd about to fall off and the smell was awful.

The property was clean and it felt safe. It was a bit dated, carpet had holes in places, but the beds were comfortable, it was close to the interstate and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by.
