This property charge me for 7 Days and I only stayed for 1 night and have asked for a refund for several weeks now,and the manager kept lying to me that the refund has been issued for more than 3 weeks now nothing is showing up in my account. I happened to be around that place and stopped by the lobby luckily that day I met the manager who told me she was on the phone with her mama and asked me to provide her with my name and phone number so that she can call me back after she is done talking to her mama and for about a week later she didn’t call me and I called her back then she asked me again for my email so that she can email me the refund receipt which I did gave her my email for about two weeks now the receipt is yet to be send to me and I still do not have my refund. The management of this place to me is terrible. I Can’t believe for almost a month now I am still chasing them down for a refund which should have been sent out the next day I checked out as soon as possible. Stay away from this place if possible. Thank you. Their refund process and management behavior towards customers.

Close to the fort, food, and stores. Had to move rooms due to a plumbing issue but the lady at the front desk apologized and got us switched really quickly to a new room.

even get a couple more to compensate. Bit noisy. Close to restaurants.

I booked a single room with fridge and micro, check in at 3pm. At 4 supposedly my room still wasn’t available and was offered a double. Well, my husband and I paid and booked a single room with a large bed and that’s what I expected. After waiting over an hour past check-in we ended up with a room with a standard bed, no fridge or microwave, no table or even a chair to sit in. We weren’t offered any refund either. Felt more like a prison cell, literally a bed and toilet. No room service the second day, good thing I brought my own linens for showers. No clean towels or washcloths put in room.

Nothing at all! I don't even know where to begin. The first room was dirty and had wet dirty rags on the sink. The door would not latch or lock. So our room was switched. The second room had 1 set of towels. No rags. The door was torn apart on the inside. No bottles of shampoo or conditioner. 2 bottles of body lotion instead. It smelled like smoke. I was here to stay to drop my new soldier at AIT. I was so tired from driving that we slept and left. Also no remote for the tv.

The pool wasn't open and no breakfast but I mean they are next to every place to eat good location that's why I plan to return

Nothing. Everything. Its a drug motel, looks nothing like the pictures online. There is plexiglass around the front desk with signs about not bringing guns into the building. The staffs attitude is horrible. They booked us for 3 rooms but only had 2 available so we had to find another hotel. Which we were planning on anyway because as soon as we pulled up it was a NO for me and my family. Its been a pain to get our refund from them OR booking.com so there's that. Ending up booking different rooms at a much nicer hotel that didnt cost much more than this crap hole through Expedia.

Bed comforter was a little thicker than a sheet but not much. It also had cigarette burns in it. The TV had no remote. The sheets looked like they had been slept in. The mini fridge did not work.

Location There was no toilet paper in rooms when I asked front desk I got we’re out our shipment didn’t come, and when I asked where the big towels were for the room I got those are short on supply. There was only two hand towels and a wash cloth. I had to go buy a towel and toilet paper! Absolutely horrible
