Only complaint is our sheets were dirty and they never got changed the whole 8 days we were there

Great stay, would go again!

Stay was amazing. The hotel staff was great. And l love the coffee cafe.

Location couldn't be more perfectly central. If I were to be back again, I would explore doing car rental for the days that we do the excursions since valet is $65/day plus tax. The valet staff though was quick and organized with retrieving our car within 15 minutes, which is a lifesaver for not having to self-park, saving ourselves the headache of navigating the congestion in Waikiki. Room service was also excellent and we felt very much cared for by our room attendant, Nori, who went above and beyond for the entirety of our stay. The junior suite has enough space for a table and couch, which made for a very comfortable living space. The daily activities (orchid lei-making, ukulele lessons, arts and crafts), saltwater pool and shave ice are a great touch. Would definitely be back again.

We enjoyed the bar and restaurant for breakfast. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach (a short walk through the mall) and tons of restaurants, and we loved that the hotel provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella free of charge. Also, the noodle spot across the street is SO good! Overall, it’s a nice hotel in the middle of a very busy area, and we really appreciated how hard the staff worked to make sure we had a good stay.

the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful NOT like other hotels that they act like they are doing you a favor. The room had plenty of room and it was clean. Cleaning staff was also great. Location, wow it sure was in the middle of everything you need nearby, malls, mkt places, ABC stores etc.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Laylow! From the perfect location to the outstanding amenities. Our kids enjoyed the FREE shaved ice, lei making, and pool. Not to mention their restaurant and bar had amazing food and drinks. Hands down the best mojitos in Wakiki. The staff were also super helpful and friendly. We had two balconies in our room and enjoyed the beautiful views. We will be back, and highly recommend!

Every employee was both kind and helpful. It made us feel so welcome. The decor and design of the hotel felt very “Hawai’i Modern,” which we loved. The room was always clean, and breakfast was AMAZING!

Laid back vibes, large corner suites with plenty of room for the teenagers to spread out, breakfast credit, reef safe sunscreen & pool towels, close to everything Small pool if anything.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. You know a hotel is nice when it smells good as soon as you walk in. Would stay here again.

Room was great and location of the hotel is central to everything in Waikiki. Had a couple issue with the suite. We got locked out as the battery to the door lock had to be replaced and reset and the drain to the shower was very slow. So when taking a shower after everyone else there was still standing water. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Loved the included welcome basket that came with the room. Thanks Laylow for a great 2026 Family Vacation!!

The room clean large cozy beds and beautiful view with balcony. The costs, we we're stranded from missing our flight byt the ticket agent made it worse for us. After our vacation in maui. We we're already out of money. We needed a specai cheapl last minute hotel and there were none. Laylow was the only one with vacancy. $700.00 is way too much. I paid $400.00 for 7 nights in Maui. So the cost was out rageous for us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Laylow Hotel in Downtown Waikiki! The hotel offers a $25 daily voucher, which was a great perk, and we really enjoyed the excellent coffee and restaurant on-site. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. The fitness room, while small, was well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a workout. The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. As a lovely surprise, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift basket, which was such a nice touch and made us feel appreciated. Overall, the Laylow exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located hotel in Waikiki!
