Location, nice room The room carpet was so dirty when we had a shower the under side of feet was washing dirty black muck

Great hotel and amazing location...steps away from the hilton hawaiian village. Large room, super clean. Value for money. Bus stop is also just steps away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fast easy checkin process. Close self parking with access to my car. Clean and spacious king room with sitting area. Outdoor sitting area, longer pool hours. Bonus: we had a later flight time and the hotel allowed a late checkout for minimal fee. Laundry room and vending machine opens to pool and is hot and humid, snacks in vending machine were melted.

We came in just after the Hurricane Lala hit the island. The power was out, the elevator was down, people were trying to book extra nights. It was a frustrating, stressful situation for the staff. And despite all the problems, they were kind, courteous, tried to meet all the customers at their level of frustration with a smile and as many options as possible. Once the hotel was back online, all of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping were friendly and always asked if we need anything.

If you got to the property early you couldn’t get your room early unless you paid extra even 1 hour early!!!

Parking was very hard to find. Parking staff was very helpful.

Apart from the friendly staff (front desk, facilities, housekeeping) and the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms (quiet and spacious as well!), what I appreciate most about this hotel is that they have a very affordable parking rate compared to the rest of Waikiki hotels at $30.00/night or $25.00/night as a Wyndham Rewards Member. Also, Ramada Plaza Hotel does not charge a resort fee, although they do have an on-site fitness center and a pool. I appreciate that, thank you so much 👍🙏

On site parking is huge on Waikiki. Close to restaurants. Laundromat is a big help

Lobby staff were super friendly and helpful particularly Eddie who helped store our baggage for the day and gave us access to the pool facilities. Would have been helpful to know in the website that early check ins are $100USD.

The room was clean and nice, staff was friendly.

The housekeeping staff were so nice! Everyone was kind. Clean hotel, clean room, good A/C. Bet convenient spot. Close to McDonald’s, ABC, and island country markets. Also good location if you want to be picked up by bus tours/excursions from kualoa ranch!
