Location is excellent. Room is comfortable and spacious and staff was a lot of care and good service. Cleanliness of room is ok and check-in process is good. Overall I like staying at this hotel even it was my first stay here. For breakfast, I know that the hotel want to effectively arrange quick and comfortable breakfast service for all guests by offering set breakfast - but to say I tend to prefer breakfast buffet more. That's it

The location is great. The staff absolutely made our stay wonderful. Always helpful, kind, and accomodating. They make this hotel worth coming back to. It is a bit dated. The first room assigned to us was a bit musty but they changed our room and even added an air sanitizer- we had a comfortable stay and felt well taken care of by the staff.

Near to Times Square and other restaurant. The two staff Ms Vivian and the old man wearing white polo shirt always help us to assist our luggage up to the designated room. the breakfast, it's plated but few to choices menu. And the comfort room…NO BIDET

Excellent location, near to virtually anything you could ever need around Causeway Bay. The breakfast was abysmal. Hopefully they can do buffet style breakfasts like other Holiday Inns in other countries.

Excellent location just behind Times Square in Causeway Bay and great service especially Vivian Chan was very helpful during my check in The room is a little bit humid during the season.

I liked the cleanliness and location. Dated decors - update / repaint would make hotel look “new”. Breakfast would have been better -or at least with ala carte / buffet or optional
