Location is excellent, 10 minutes from shops and main attractions, near restaurants, markets and parks. Maybe a deep clean once in while under the beds? And some plates available to serve food in the dining area.

The location of The Figo is excellent. I walked everywhere. HK is a very safe place, I was told, and I certainly never felt unsafe or uncomfortable as I wandered around town. The staff -- Venezia, in particular -- was so very helpful. I got a lot of local travel advice and even some local history from her! I really appreciate the extra time she spent with me making sure I had all the information I needed. This is rare but I have nothing to criticize. Next time I am in HK, I will stay here again.

It was reasonably priced and decent (but very small) room - and I had a suite! Location is not bad. Entrance to the hotel is through an office building entrance. Design felt a bit like an upgraded hostel.

Location is good. Not far from restaurants and bars. East to get there. Staff girls are nice and willing to help Total chaos and zero common sense. I had an absolutely infuriating experience at The Figo. It is beyond belief that management decided to perform elevator repairs during peak check-out time. The elevator is tiny and can only accommodate 4 people at once. With one elevator out of service, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes at the 19th floor with all of our luggage. It was a complete bottleneck. You simply cannot get anywhere in this building when they decide to shut down the only means of transport during the busiest hour of the day. Extremely poor management and a total lack of respect for guests' time. Save yourself the headache and never stay here.

I liked the figo. It was a last min booking for me and I needed to be near my friends place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Originally i was given a 3rd floor room but before I went up I requested a higher level and was given the 18th floor no problem. The room itself was very clean. I just wish the bed was a little more comfortable and they offered a flat sheet. I had difficulty sleeping but it might also have attribute to being jet lagged.

Fantastic room which we got a free upgrade for upon arrival. Great.space bedroom and separate living area which was unexpected. Great access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. So many freebies in the communal areas also. Nothing, wouldn't change a thing!

It's little cozy boutique hotel located in lovely neighborhood of Sheung Wan where you can enjoy most of independent shop and cafe. If you do not like clouded places and mass product. I think here is the place you will love. If you come with elder and plan to travel around with MTR, this hotel is not quite near MTR, and if you plan to walk around Sheung Wan is kind of up and down the hill, so please aware of this issue.

Close to the MTR and lots of restaurant options. Walking distance to the 2 major malls in the area. Tons of small shops and galleries within walking distance The bathroom. The ceiling felt like it was going to come down every time I opened the bathroom door. I stayed in a Studio but the sleeping area was difficult to maneuver around bc of the area size

Clean. Small as expected but modern. Free coffee and soft drinks plus beer. Located perfectly for transit. 91 bus from Star ferry stops right across the road.

The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. The Happy Hour was good. It does need better snacks though. The room is too small. The location was not convenient. There were hardly any restaurants or shopping places close by.

The staff amazing and helpful It was very clean The photos on booking .com are different than reality , the hotel is very very small , rooms are very tiny , ceiling is too short , literally u hit the ceiling if u are a bit tall . The value for money is not worth it , I paid 684 US for four nights , which is a lot for such a boutique or even 3 stars hotel in that area , we moved now to a cheaper far Better with harbour view. I don’t recommend with these rates , they should reconsider the prices .
