Walking distance to Ocean Park. There is Panda cam channel in the room to watch pandas on live broadcast. They let us check in at 11:00 instead of 15:00. Thank you The pool was under the maintenance.

This was easily the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was not only spacious, but thoughtfully designed, with plenty of floor space (for luggage) and table surfaces to place our items during our stay. The bathtub was humongous, and it was the highlight for my kids. I also appreciated the wonderful service at the children's play area, as well as the staff at Prohibition Grill & Bar. Unfortunately what could have been a perfect stay was marred by some of the rowdier guests. At least once every night, I was be woken up by noise from the corridor. There are also no food options nearby aside from hotel restaurants or theme park food, but since it's walking distance to the MTR station, it's not a big problem if you're willing to hop on to the MTR to get some local fare.

Nice environment quieter and near beaches and walking paths. Personally not a fan of inward facing room even though many like them.. and they changed me to an outward facing room no problem. Grateful for that.

Double beds are not normal double bed size. Can barely fit 1 adult and a 8 years old.

We had to queue for the buffet breakfast, we had to insist to have someone help us with our luggage, we had to go between 2 different towers to find the breakfast. The room is small and the bathroom has no privacy.

We thought we could get a family of 4 into what appeared to a double double room, but those beds weren't really doubles. That was on us, we got another amazing room instead!

The hotel is pet friendly and the pet supplies are of high quality.

So fantastic and excellent. The Restaurant Manager, Mr. Torres Chan, is so accommodating, very kind and respectful person. We want him to pls stay more in this hotel so we will meet with him again when we surely return this year. No bottled drinking water is available inside the room.

Its near Ocean Park and MTR :) Staff were all accommodating! Great breakfast’ Far from City :) Hoping for other activities for kids apart from Ocean Park.
