Location was great. Aesthetics and design were as advertised. Approachable front desk team with good knowledge of their surroundings. Lack of service with housekeeping. Received a used pack of toiletry (opened dental pack without tooth brush, opened shower cap, etc.). Vacuum job was quite poor. No follow up or inquiry from housekeeping after privacy light was turned off (2 days in a row). Should look into replacing the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Poor quality.

Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the overall experience felt seamless from start to finish. A wonderful place to stay in Hong Kong — we would happily return. Paul at the front desk was particuarly wonderful, thank you Paul!

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the Wan Chai and Exhibition Centre MTR stations. It’s very convenient for commuting if you’re here for work or sightseeing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to Vincent for his attention to detail and thoughtful check-in experience.

Location was smack in middle of Wanchai, close to shops and offices. Breakfast was hearty, and staff accommodated most requests. There's so much to eat. Room size while minimal was functional and storage was ample. There isn't a work desk, only a small C shaped platform. Nor was there a comfy seat, only a bench with a cushion on it.

The workers at the reception were super kind and helpful with us. The room was great, amazing views! It was not in central area, but good to feel the locals a bit more.

Being a new hotel, the interiors were nice, aesthetically pleasing but functionally compromised Quite small. No power points on bedside table, no writing desk, no chair to comfortably sit on but only a bench. The small C table also easily tumbles. Can hardly hear the other person on the other end of the phone. I also requested for a plug adaptor and after an hour had to call again because it was not still brought to my room. There was no toothbrush, shaver, comb, etc… except for the bottled soap, shampoo and conditioners
