The room had a gorgeous view the room was clean the front desk staff was excellent

We never got water, however the breakfast ladies were very nice

All the staff, including the valet, were extremely helpful and kind.

Parking is expensive but everything in California is.

It was a good room. Nice and clean. Good breakfast. For a room already being $209 a night and then not saying until getting there parking is mandatory and $45 a day and we can’t park ourselves valet has to is excessive. We waited forever to get our car and for our car to be parked because the parking was also open for event parking which is crazy just trying to get more money. It wasn’t convenient at all. And honestly made it so we don’t come back to this exact hotel next time.

The room was modern and clean. Very nice well kept hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Did not get blankets needed for children after multiple attempts. Adults had to sleep with no blankets.

‘Destination fees’ were applied without anything being disclosed when I booked the room. It was also very stuffy and the a/c wasn’t working well. Ultimately, it did its job as a hotel but wouldn’t go back again

Breakfast was great and the staff super kind and helpful! Front desk staff was also awesome, but we got charged a resort fee out of nowhere when we had already paid for the room in advance. Also, they forced us to valet when expedia advertised free parking, and the garage attendants were very unfriendly.

Unbeatable location ,a short walk to the walk of fame. Good valet service. Spacious room. Suites are facing a very busy and noisy street, you can't sleep if you don't switch on AC to cover the street noises.Upon arrival oir sofa bes wasn't ready, you have to prepare it by yourself. The bed was uncomfortable to my taste. Very basic breakfast but this is a standart in the US.
