Nothing. They charged me an extra $50 for my pet. Not refundable then a $50 deposit on top of paying $140 for a room that was less comfortable then sleeping my truck. Room 108 was not even ready the door was open there was dirty towels on the bed the fridge was on its side. I was confused then a man came in and apologized turned the fridge up and picked up the towel Bed bugs. I got eaten up with bug bites to the point I had to get treatment for me and my clothes before I could go into my home so not to spread them. It was so inconvenient I was here for a sick family member and because of fear of spreading the bugs to family members I couldn’t even go into their home. The shower curtain was filthy the lights over the sink didn’t work. The tv only has 5 channels that worked. There was people screaming all hours of the night. This place should be a homeless encampment because of the way it’s taken care of. Breakfast was cereal no bowls or milk offered and two pieces of white bread no juice no coffee no water available. Then the best part was waiting to get my deposit back it took them 10 mins to check the room! Like what was I gonna do to make it worse? The paint was peeling the door hardly locked and the carpet was stained up and burned. This place needs a health inspection for sure. I can’t believe Econo lodge actually allows their name on this property

Wrong date was booked, they wouldn't change the date for me, customer service is the worst ever, when I was going to check in for the alternate date that it was reserved for which wasn't the date that I wanted when I was ready to check in they wanted a $50 cash deposit. Never said anything about that I paid for this room almost 2 months in advance just accepted the date that they wouldn't change my date cuz the reservation date was not what I wanted. Staff is very rude very short and I think they do scams I would not recommend this nasty place or these people or this hotel to anybody ever. I wouldn't even put them on Expedia if I was you that's a fact.

I will not go there again. Holes in the walls, sticky floor and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Confronted them and gave us another room that was better.

The room was filthy and in disrepair. I have multiple photos I can share. The tub was so bad we chose not to take showers this morning. The clothes rod was bent, the bathroom towel rack bar was missing , the toilet seat was loose and more!!!

The pool is not open at all . That's why I went to get n the pool because it's a nice hotel

Location was perfect for reason I was in Ohio I wasn’t aware that people actually lived on site.

The room was clean and in very good condition. Excellent value. The outside was very run down and dirty. Pool was never opened this year and was in horrible condition. Should not be advertised online as having a pool.

I’m gonna stop using Booking.com cause they charge me an extra $10 and $50 deposit that I’ll have to keep track of the 50 bucks to make sure I get it back. I did take pictures of the staff. Occasionally
