Comfortable beds and quiet surrounds. Pleasant, attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely delicious food. Very good communication with host and arranged laundry and motor bike for us. A minor complaint was the small hole in the ceiling of the toilet which we guessed was an entryway for mosquitos, but overall nothing to complain about. Laundry was returned to us slightly damp & we would have preferred it taking longer but being fully dried.

It exceeded all my expectations.

The Seaweed Luxury Villa is run by a wonderful family who want to make sure you are well taken care of! We enjoyed the quiet area it is in, yet it is close enough to walk to the activity at Bana beach. Easy to take a Grab into Hoi An. The Villa is very clean, large room, comfy beds, shower area is separated from toilet and plenty of hot water. They also serve breakfast which we found delicious!!! I can’t think of anything bad.

The hosts were great, kind and generous. They served a nice breakfast with fruit and juice. I only ate the my Quang, the cau lau and the Pho Tai Nam, not any western type offerings. The Pho was so good I ate it 5 out of the 7 days. The property is a good hike from the beach, but I knew this ahead of time since I took a grab from Hoi An to check it out before booking.

Owners were lovely and took good care of us. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plenty to choose from. Quiet location and comfy beds.

A great room in this homestay! It was clean and modern. The hosts were very kind. They made us fresh breakfast of our choice each morning, which was delicious! The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our 2 week stay here during the shoulder season which was perfect.

Amazing hosts and amazing room

It's a great villa hotel with 9 or 10 rooms. The hosts were very friendly and met us at arrival. It was so close to the beach and we took a Grab each time to go to the Old Town - about 8-10 minute drive. The room was very spacious with balcony. AC was working well. The room had everything you may need. Towels were changed every day. Everything was very new, it's a newly built villa. They also had a mini bar at the bottom with very good prices. You order breakfast each day for the next day. It was a very quiet street. We loved everything.

The hosts were very kind, everything was very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was wonderful every morning and the location was great--very easy to get to the beach and a quick ride away from Hoi An. You have to ring the bell to come back in at night, so you feel bad about waking up the owners if you're coming back later.

Can't recommend this place enough. The family who run the place are so kind and welcoming and will help you in any way they can. They helped me when I wasn't feeling well too. The breakfast menu in the morning has so much choice, so tasty and you get a gorgeous fruit platter every morning aswell. The room was so clean, light and spacious and my bedding was changed everyday. The location is excellent to get to An Bang beach and is quiet at night too. Thank you so much to this wonderful family for my stay the nicest place I've stayed in Vietnam.

+ it’s more in the quiet area (the beach is a light 10 minute walk) + the owners are adorably friendly and welcoming + spacious and clean rooms with big beds to have a great night rest + Netflix + has a cute little balcony + even with limited breakfast options, it’s quite good - there is lack of ventilation system in the bathroom and toilet so hence there is some smell and humidity, but it’s not really a huge dealbreaker, it just gets really warm during hot summer days; same as no ventilation in the hallways (made the air there warmer than outside) - the front gate is locked quite early, we’re not sure how early but half the days of our stay we ended up waking them up even at 21, to get inside; - it’s a set breakfast menu, so if you’re staying longer than 3 days or have dietary restrictions, your options might be limited when it comes to breakfast

The property is managed by a friendly couple who, although their English is basic, we were always able to communicate with and understand each other. You can tell they take great pride in their property. Both the property and the room were impeccably clean, modern and looked new. Our bedroom was spacious, featuring a great balcony and two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was with a walk-in shower separate from the toilet. Regarding the location, it’s just a short walk to the beach, although a bit farther from the town. This isn’t an issue if you have a motorbike or prefer using Grab. As for breakfast, there’s a great mix of Vietnamese and Western options. We tried almost everything, and it was always delicious. Overall, excellent value for money

The homestay was beautiful. It's even nicer than the pictures. Our room was large and very clean. Owners are so kind. They help us rent bicycles and find tailors to get suits made. The breakfast they serve in the morning is very good and there is always a lot to eat. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, cafés and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

A home from home only better! The thing that really makes this place are the owners, they couldn't be more kind or helpful, always going out of their way to help and makes the stay more comfortable. Our room was surprisingly large and the beds were ridiculously comfy. All the fittings and finish are nice quality and it's the quietest place we've stayed in so far in Vietnam but still a very easy walk to An Bang beach and the village, around 10 minutes. That we had to leave!

It’s not the best location but the host couple despite no English are very kind and dedicated. It’s not a Villa and there is no private pool in any rooms. You are locked in at night and need to have the host let you out and let you in, which he does cheerfully. But… the breakfasts at $3 are EXCELLENT and the big room had two double beds ( very comfortable ) clean and serviced very well. The little pool is nice and clean. So i give a GREAT rating and thank our kind hosts for a lovely stay!

We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the street. You could watch the sunset. The room was serviced daily. There was a large wardrobe and shelving which was useful. The bed was so comfy. The couple who run the hotel are so helpful and so hardworking. Breakfasts are delicious. The villa is away from the main beach area at An Bang which we liked as it was very touristy although a few minutes walk and you're on the beach! It was a short Grab ride into Hoi An too usually costing about 70 000 VND. We hired bikes from the hotel and they were good quality with nice comfy seats. The pool would be great for kids as it's small and immaculately clean.

We loved staying at Seaweed. We booked for 1 week and ended up staying for 6 weeks. The family are so kind and welcoming and have a great sense of humour. We will miss them. The room is very homely with aircon good shower, comfy bed and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We used the pool many times and they got bikes in for us which we used everyday. Breakfast every morning with many bowls of pho. We really loved the neighbourhood which had a really good vibe and if you want amazing coffee you are just a short walk from Sunny Coffee Corner. We spent many hours there and it’s run by a beautiful couple who are so wonderful. We will be back N/A

Incredible value for money. Huge rooms with everything you need! We loved the family who owned the place. They went out of their way to service us and help us in every way they could could. It was a very quiet area with just a few steps from the beach. There was a very good restaurant nearby called Salty Sea which also was very good value for money.

The hosts are such lovely people, and made us feel like Home, right from the start - which is quite impressive as they dont speak much english. The coffee at the hotel wasn’t for us - good thing you get the best coffee in all of Vietnam, right around the corner at Sunny’s coffee corner.
