The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and I had no issues during my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and everything functioned as expected. The room also had a refrigerator, which was convenient. The only things I missed were a kettle and a microwave. Having at least a kettle would have made the stay more comfortable. The room itself is definitely showing its age. The furniture is old, worn, and has seen better days. However, the bed was clean, the linens and towels were fresh, and that was the most important thing for me. Overall, for such an affordable price, it’s a good place to spend a night or two before a flight. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel, this isn’t it, but if you just need a clean bed, working air conditioning, and friendly staff, it’s a solid choice.

Good customer service, the receptionist team always available 24/7 to serve, help & support very well, facilities perfect & convenient, very clean & nice smell, location nearby the international airport, railway, mini river view, supper markets, restaurants, coffee shops, spa & massage services, and so on… Well, Nothing at all !!!

Very inexpensive ideal for a couple of nights in a location, which has got very few tourist and many great local places to eat including street food Can’t fault it for the price Only tepid water/shower Difficult for a grab ride to find the location

the night shift checkin staff (male u40) was very rude and arrogant, trying to deceive me that my booking is invalid . After the failed attempt ,he reluctantly gave me the attic room which is small, dim with noisy air conditioner

Must say… Excellent hotel…Great service… The room was very spacious, clean & had the amenities we needed… The people in the reception were very very very helpful & friendly, not just on checkin & checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great, very near Central Train Station, international airport, shopping centers, beautiful parks with nice view, & so on… I would recommend to friends, & yes will will will definitely stay again this hotel if Am back in Ho Chi Minh City… Nothing at all…

Location near enough to the airport. Hot water in the shower:) Staff were nice, we extended a night and it was more expensive not sure why when it was cash in hand. No routine cleaners, for example the bin wasn’t emptied from previous guests, and elevator stops at random floors which is more annoying than it sounds lol.
