Location was good It is not clean .it was dirty stained sheets and dirty bathrooms. There was lipstick stain on the glasses placed for our use in the room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

Location was good and price fair The service was bad the hotel cancelled my booking when I was on my flight for no reason and I had to call booking.com and argue for hours to get a room

The location is great, close to city centre, very easy to catch either taxi or Grab. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants in the area. The room is a lot more spacious than I thought, great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room can be a little bit dark, the bedside light was broken in my room. Also, there is only one power outlet on one side of the bed so it was a bit inconvenient to charge our device before bed.

Location is near center Room was so run down and dirty. We can’t sleep at all due to cockroaches and left immediately. Can’t imagine how could they can arrange a room like that for guests.

I was very impressed when initial time visit here. When I had just get out of car with a lot of luggage under a heavy rain, staff help me to carry them immediately and support me to check-in quickly.

This branch of Cozrum is not self check-in hotel as another Cozrum homes. Room cleanliness is great that makes me feel comfortable when staying.

I love how staff in this hotel kindly support me. Especially the security was willing to help me to park me vehicle. Receptionist is cute and support me a lot in checking in.

The hotel is near convenient store, restaurants and cafe. It is convenient when I need to buy the things I need. Room is clean, but I can not turn on the lamp. However, everything is fine and I satisfy with what I pay.

The air-conditioner dropped water but the technician maintained it rightly. In addition, room was clean and quiet. For me, everything is ok.
